Before our powder room was beige and plain. There was no design really it was just functional; you’re in and out. It originally had builder-grade features like the light fixture which was defective and the pedestal vanity which was wobbly and old. In the photo, the mirror isn’t there but the original mirror was white and falling apart. Because the toilet was fairly new, we decided to keep especially since this bathroom is essentially the guest bathroom which doesn’t really need the bells and whistles our master bathroom toilet would need.

Before my powder room was white and drab. There was no personality and was just a functional space.

Even though we kept the floors with the white walls, they were extremely red and looked outdated.
